VOLUME 1 - THE SOCIOLOGY OF SCHOOL PRINCIPALS

The sociology of school principals, which the author deals with in two volumes, has been extensively developed by organizations such as AFIDES, CONFEMEN and UNESCO, all of which are committed to quality school governance. As such, it is a tool for analyzing and understanding managerial practices, which is the subject of Volume 1, in order to provide school leaders with theories for reading the ruptural environment. On the one hand, this is the more or less blurred collapse between the resources available to the school to ensure the success of all its students, and the invisible architectures of school governance. On the other, it encompasses the social, cultural, professional, economic, digitization, optimization of resources, violence in the school environment, etc., wherever the school is located. Anyone wishing to participate in the governance of primary or secondary schools is invited to read the two volumes. Reading them will free you from the aporias that are the source of value judgments on the theories and practices authorized in school governance.
