The content can be of vital importance to the operation of municipalities, in terms of the implementation of transferred competencies in urban planning. In fact, these are the staff who carry out territorial missions in terms of drawing up urban plans, as well as development operations.This didactic document is particularly interested in the definition and approach of urban planning instruments, so it cannot operate without concrete, real-world examples. As such, it is based on administrative acts, plans and urban development programs drawn up and implemented in Senegal.
