Details
Issues about HIV/AIDS are the global concerns as we all may know. All human beings are the victims in any way. However, we are not all equally vulnerable to the epidemic. Persons with disabilities have special cases with regard to vulnerability to HIV. They are often unconsidered in most of the protection and care services available to the 'NON-disabled' segments.Access to Information on the transmission and prevention are not easily possible to this kind of people. This is globally true though the extent may vary depending on the level of social development in counties across the globe. This book explores the factors related to their vulnerability to HIV infection and discusses all possible causes and risk factors. It also suggests possible remedies to be made to further protect these segments of the populationn form the infection.
