Vulnerability to Climate Change and Variability:

Climate change according to the global definition is a "Monster" that has been subtly ravaging human existence for century. Climate change has been identified as the grand-master of other contemporary global problems. Though we still have some skeptic about climate change, but global village recognized that climate change is real and since have been working out on modalities on how this menace would be curbed or eradicated. Authority proposed Mitigation and Adaptation and Billions of Dollar have been earmarked and expended on providing lasting solution to the effect and impact of climate change globally but little success or breakthrough was recorded WHY??? Important COMPONENT is MISSING!!! What a setback!The initiative to write this book was the urgent need to recognize and tapped the uniqueness gender role and responsibilties in tackling the issue at hand, because the effect of climate change is not gender-neutral.This book is intended to open and expand the scope of policy maker to wider opportunities in gender discourse to finding lasting solution to issue of climate change. It meant for everybody and the language is simplified to meet a wide range of interested readers.
