Written by Leon Griffiths and directed by Roy Ward Baker, it first aired on 9 October 1985.Arthur is asked by a private detective to track down Albert Goddard, an eccentric recluse, who may have inherited a large legacy. He manages to do so, but Goddard doesn't want to know, being happy living as he is.Arthur sees the chance to 'protect' Goddard and installs him, unwillingly, in one of his rental properties, hoping to become his agent and share in his good fortune. But the latter is reported missing and Arthur is accused of kidnapping him.
