Waste Management Systems in Livestock Farms

Globally, Intensification of livestock farms has led to increase in waste generation per unit area; unscientific and improper disposal of waste will cause a greater damage to the environment. Accordingly, a small emphasis has been laid through this book to brief the various waste management systems existing in the dairy farms, so as to utilize the waste for converting to energy (WTE). By adopting an appropriate system at the farm level will aid in mitigating the climate change
