Wave characteristics along the Indian coasts

This book describes the wind wave characteristics along the Indian coasts. This is a revised version of the PhD thesis of the author. Special importance is given in this book to explain the features of waves along the coastal regions of India, where the waves transforms its characteristics due to several phenomena such as the superimposition of wind seas over pre-existing swells, shamal swells etc.
