She illustrated her very first graphic novel Primer for DC Comics and worked on DC's Flash Facts and IDW's Marvel Action: Chillers, among others. Between freelancing, Gretel loves to work on her personal art, creating whimsical stories and colorful illustrations often inspired in nature, maritime imagery and fantasy characters.
