As a spouse of a serving Royal Marine, Cathie spent a lot of her adult life moving within the UK, as well as the USA where she worked as a substitute teacher within the local school. Jenni Gates is currently working in private practice as an integrative counselling therapist in Devon, UK, as well as offering online counselling internationally.
