WEARABLE IOT-BASED SMART HEALTH MONITORING SYSTEM

The Comprehensive Patient Health Monitoring System is an innovative healthcare solution designed to enable real-time monitoring of critical health parameters using advanced sensors and IoT- based data transmission. This system integrates multiple sensors, including Heart Rate, Temperature, SpO2, Fall Detection, and a Panic Button, to track patient health continuously. The collected data is sent to a cloud-based IoT platform and displayed on a mobile application for healthcare professionals and caregivers. The system ensures instant alerts in case of emergencies, enabling timely medical intervention. This project aims to improve remote patient monitoring, reduce hospital visits, and enhance patient safety, making healthcare more efficient and accessible.
