Generate knowledge to remove the constraints that limit the competitiveness of local products, faced with the onslaught and agressiveness of foreign imported manuctured food stuffs, through the introduction or an innovative adaptible local technology to support and empower Young Agripreneurs / Peer Educators (YA / PE ), of the agricultural value chain (AVC). A local alternative solution in the fight against malnutrition and undernourishment, especially in favour of the vulnerable class of the population and those with a very weak purchasing power.
