The Book discusses FEA Analysis of mechanical component followed by experimental stress analysis method for weight optimization using strain gauge.For the solid modelling of components 3D CAD modeling software is used. The solid model is discrete into finite element and logical constrains are applied to boundary conditions. The stress results obtained in Finite element analysis are validated by experimental stress analysis using strain gauge method.
