What if we evaluated PUBLIC ACTION in GABON!

The author of this book, who comes from the world of practice, was anxious to justify his position beforehand by two facts: his administrative experience and his prerequisites in the evaluation of public policies (state-centric and societocentric). In this respect, as a practitioner-researcher, he has taken the necessary steps to dispense with the fundamental theoretical elements of evaluation, after the preliminary and succinct exposition of a few practical cases of laws and regulations that would have benefited, in a context of effective evaluative culture, from ex ante evaluation, before their promulgation and publication. The underlying project of this contribution is to facilitate, through the diversified practice of evaluation, the application of these legal norms and to strengthen, by ricochet, public action in Gabon. The sources selected for this purpose are the literature and documentary reviews that strategically support this outline of a narrative of practice.
