What is Business Policy & Strategy ?

The business policy and strategy are two essential components of a company, and not only the large companies, because the small entrepreneurs that start businesses are also concerned about to have a clear vision of the company they want to create. In fact, the strategic management which is done by the top management of a multinational company should be a plan for years with a vision of the development of the company. In this context, the strategic management should integrate the core objectives and the stapes that come after when the core objectives are met. Also, in the context of a small company rescently launched, the entrepreneur should also have a strong vision of the company he / she want to create and has to have a clear picture of the company when it will developed.
