What will become of us?

The aim of this book is to provide a technical and simplified view of the concept of "death", which most health professionals are often unaware of. Death is not an instant, but a process that does not know when it actually begins and when it actually ends. Different phenomena appear at each stage of cadaveric putrefaction, which serve as a basis for determining the time elapsed since death.

David Hélio Borges es especialista en Anatomía Humana, Neuroanatomía, Seguridad Pública y Lengua Portuguesa Avanzada, además de cursar un máster en Ciencias Criminológicas Forenses en la Universidad de la Empresa de Montevideo (Uruguay). Es funcionario de la Policía Civil del Distrito Federal, desempeñándose como Agente de Anatomía.
