What work values are prioritised by Irish Millennials?

Who are Millennials and what are their work values? With Millennials (Generation Y) becoming ever prevalent in the work force, Human Resource professionals are asking the question - what do Millennials look for from a job and how can we adapt to suit their needs? This study looks at Millennials in an Irish context and examines what their work values are and how these work values impact on job satisfaction and turnover intention.
