Wheelchair Skill Test and its consistency

Wheelchair Skill test 4.1 is a comprehensive and generic instrument for the objective evaluation of manual wheel chair skills taught to a patient or athlete on an active wheel chair which includes basic skills such as transfers to advanced skills such as performing a wheelie or descending stairs. It is a tool for evaluating the progress during learning the wheelchair skills which requires basic tools such as active wheel chair, measuring tape, paper etc.
