who am I? how do others see me?

We need to know ourselves in order to make the choices that will make us happy, but how do we go about it? When we have not yet built our personality, the exercise is delicate but it is worth the effort. Character, aptitudes, values, motivations... Here are some tracks to discover ourselves. If one assimilates personal life to intellectual life, being a human individual is not enough to be a person, because "man is above all a being of intelligence and not a being of flesh. To pretend the contrary would reduce man to little". But, the person being distinguished from his faculties (A), one should not link the existence of the person to the effective exercise of an intellectual activity (B).In our approach, we have highlighted some exercises that can guide us in the development of our being in itself and our being with (mit-sein the expression of M. Heidegger). This manual will serve to every individual to enter in his own being to be able to discover himself more and to develop himself.
