WHO ARE OUR ALLIES AGAINST TERRORISM?

As I read of the continued deployment of American troops to Afghanistan, I became increasingly interested in knowing who the United States' allies are in their efforts against terrorism. Based on news articles, terrorist attacks and threats seem to be a reality in many nations in addition to the United States, regardless of the country's religious beliefs or geographical location. Therefore, I decided to explore the degree to which the US is fighting terrorism with or for other nations. What nations support the coalition efforts against terrorism? Does abstinence in this effort result in implicit support of terrorist groups?
