Pita Okute is the pen name of Iheanyi Iwuofor, a native of Alaenyi Ogwa, Imo State. He was educated at Holy Ghost College, Owerri, and Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He has traversed the Nigerian media as a reporter, special correspondent, editor, copywriter, scriptwriter, and columnist.
