Eliamani Sedoyeka is an ICT lecturer and a consultant focusing on low cost communication for rural areas. He is a computer science graduate with MSc in Computer Networks and a PhD in Broadband Wireless Systems. He also researches on quality of service (QoS) and service level agreements (SLA) issues as well as mobile and data technologies.
