Wire Electrochemical Turning Theoretical and Experimental Study

Non-traditional machining (NTM) processes are now being widely used to generate intricate and accurate shapes in materials, like titanium, stainless steel, composites...etc. One of the NTMP is wire electrochemical turning, Where a wire could be used as a tool in electrochemical turning process. This method saves the time and money spent in designing the tool. How effective is it? That is what has been discussed here.
