Women as Soul Leaders

Shorttitle Soul Leaders, a highly personalized view of female leadership, tells the stories of a lifelong journey of ten seasoned female leaders. These women, identified as exemplary leaders, range in age from 49-83. Even though their fields of contribution are diverse, e.g. business, education, medicine, clinical psychology, their stories provide a collective picture of women turning inward in order to make exemplary contributions.

Dr. Millam, a leader in business for 30 years, also teaches graduate leadership courses and has a business specializing in executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Using an integrated approach, she assists leaders to step into their wholeness in order to create significant contributions.
