The leadership and the female political participation in the current reality is a topic that is not only spoken about in the political circles, but in all the aspects and scopes of the life, the female participation has been promoted and gained daily spaces, in which many years ago it would not have been thought and much less naturalized the idea. Historically speaking, women have always been relegated and left aside by men, considering that they could not enjoy the same rights and benefits, that is, if we go back to the past, since the origin of humanity women have always found their rights limited, they have been considered as an object and an accessory subject.It was only recently that, over the years, as feminist leaders and movements have emerged, women have managed to position themselves and gain spaces that have always belonged to men, so that little by little women have managed to study, work, have similar rights to men and be able to participate in exclusive spaces such as politics
