Women's soccer in the "country of boots":

Soccer is a sport that is popular all over the world. A sport that began in England and today is the most practiced sport in the world, since its inception there have been some groups that have been excluded from practicing and enjoying it. One of these groups is women, who in Brazil have even been banned by law from practicing this sport. In this book, which is the result of a course completion project, we will try to present and discuss some of the barriers faced by women in practicing soccer in Brazil, the "country of soccer".
