Pterocarpus osun, Bixa Orellana and Curcums domestica proved useful in plant anatomical studies. Dye stuffs from Pterocarpus osun is useful for cosmetics and herbal medicine,Bixa Orellana useful dying and curing of leather while Curcums domestica is useful for bewerages, seasonings and herbal medicine. They also, applicable to animal anatomical studies.The extraction procedure is very simple, cost effective and educative.
