WORDS: THE BEAUTY OF LANGUAGE

Largely non punctuated poems, beautifully written allowing the reader the freedom of interpretation. Behind each poem is a hidden meaning, which the reader is expected to uncover. It will not be uncommon for different readers to come to different conclusions as they read through the poems, or same reader to arrive at different conclusions while reading same poem over again. The forty two poems deal with various aspects of human life: existence, human expectations, life disappointments, living and death, life questions, among others. Depending on the reader's state of mind, different interpretations will be attached to each line.

Charles Iledun Oyewole is a Professor of Agronomy at Prince Abubakar Audu University, formerly Kogi State University, Anyigba, Kogi State, Nigeria. He has numerous publications in agronomy. His passion is writing, especially fiction, and is the author of three books of poetry. This current work is his fourth.
