In micro, small and medium-sized companies, work climate measurement is not usually carried out, either because they are unaware of the importance of human capital for the company or because they simply do not have the necessary resources (Porret 2014).Currently, approximately 80% of the total problems faced by companies are related to human capital (Jiménez, 2004).Meeting the expectations of workers helps to encourage permanence by promoting a humanistic aspect and an adequate work environment, which seeks to generate a change in the organization from the inside oriented to modify behaviors in order to achieve the fulfillment of the objectives, and that the necessary changes are generated more effectively (Rodriguez and Marquez, 1988).
