Working conditions and performance of film actors

This research aims to show the influence of working conditions on the individual performance of film actors.To achieve this, we used a qualitative methodology. It emerges from the analysis of data from the three main sources (observations, documentary analysis, semi-structured interviews) that the working conditions have an influence on the individual performance of the actors. This work opens avenues of reflection for many future works.The memoir reveals the working conditions in which film actors live in Cameroon.
