Working Conditions and Precariousness of Work

Work is the main means of subsistence for human beings and, therefore, it must be carried out in adequate conditions based on respect for the rights of workers as established by law; however, in the daily work of the day laborers at the El Recreo site, the work is carried out in deplorable conditions that have a negative impact on their exhausting workdays and have repercussions on the quality of life of all the families.
