Working in Industry 4.0

As in the past, in the current Fourth Industrial Revolution, the incorporation of a new generation of digital technologies in the production system, especially Advanced Robotics and Artificial Intelligence (AI), leads to a change in the use and consumption of the human factor in companies. Occupations change in their job content (tasks and activities), in the way work is organized and in the qualifications and skills of workers.This book proposes its own original methodology to measure and evaluate the occupational impact of digitalization in the industrial sector, which the author defines as Occupational Impact 4.0.
