Details

You don't need to sack a corrupt, violent, or vengeful employee. This is because the employee's behaviours could be an indication that something is not "right" about your organization.Violence, corruption, and revenge do not just occur; they are caused! This book presents a thought-provoking perspective to revenge-motivated work behaviour. It represents an investigation of workplace reactivity (which comprises corruption, interpersonal workplace violence, interpersonal revenge, and organization revenge)from the perspective of the reactive employee. It is an analysis of the causes and processes of workplace reactivity as well as the implications for managers and researchers.
