World War I: Stories in the press in Porto Alegre

Demonstrative and comparative report of how the news about the First World War were presented in the periodicals A Guerra, Correio do Povo and A Federação, between the months of November 1914 and February 1915. After all, it was spread in society a certain fear, due to the myth of the "German danger", so it became important to verify how the news about the conflict that involved the powers of that time, among them Germany, were broadcast. Also why the League of Germanic Societies of Porto Alegre placed itself as a diffuser of another version of the facts, claiming to rebut and clarify the information disseminated in other publications.
