The monographs is a research study that was conducted to analyze the financing options for Engro Corporation Limited and scrutinize the possible problems that the company could face if it continued the use of debt. The objectives were to assess the impact of debt on company s profitability, risk capacity and the managerial repercussions it could have. Research findings of the research are helpful in deciding the course of action for Engro Corporation in terms of their financing decisions by discussing whether leveraging capital structure any further is viable.

Ms Mawal Sara Saeed is a graduate in Banking and Finance from Lahore School of Economics. Her research interests include corporate finance, empirical asset pricing and agency theory and she is actively involved in academic research in these areas.
