After the death of Omar Bongo on June 8, 2009, André Mba Obame presented his candidacy for the presidential election of August 30. From the young prodigy trained at Laval and the Sorbonne, a protégé of Omar Bongo, to the sick opponent of recent years, through his victory in the 2009 presidential election?
