Youth choral songbook through the sanjuanito genre

This work consists of the elaboration of five a cappella arrangements for youth choirs formed by three voices with previous vocal preparation: soprano, alto and baritone. The creative process of the elaboration of the arrangements is exposed in order to achieve a better understanding of the musical discourse, all this based on the theoretical concepts of choral singing and the sanjuanito.The works selected for the elaboration of the arrangements are the sanjuanitos: "Palomita cuculí" by Francisco Paredes Herrera, "El comisario municipal" by Segundo Bautista, "Chiquichay" by Rubén Uquillas, "En mi chocita" by Gonzalo Mendoza and "Los compadres" by Marco T. Hidrobo.
