Zahoor Ahmed Shah, born 18 June 1948, is an Indian clarinetist. Zahoor Shah had a rigorous training of clarinet playing from the eminent masters of music right from the beginning, from the age of ten he started to learn clarinet. For about ten years initially he started his career as one of the vocalist of Radio Kashmir Srinagar at the age of fifteen years. He remained as a vocalist for about ten years. At the age of twenty eight he started his career as a professional clarinet player in All India Radio. He traveled all over the world in connection with the culture programmes and all over India. He has played in TV and many programs of J&K Academy Of Art Cultural and Languages. He also had a chance to play with most eminent vocalists of India and aboard.
