As a stunt double, she has doubled for Lucy Lawless on Xena: Warrior Princess and Uma Thurman in Kill Bill, among other action movies. As an actress, she has appeared in feature films and on television and starred in the web series Angel of Death.Bell was born in New Zealand to Tish, a nurse, and Andrew Bell, a doctor.She has a younger brother named Jake.She grew up on Waiheke Island in Auckland. At a young age she participated in competitive gymnastics. At the age of 15 she quit to study Taekwon-Do. She also participated in high diving, scuba, track and field and dance. Bell attended Auckland Girls'' Grammar School and Selwyn College.
